AmeriCorps St. Louis announces Ann Hannan as new Executive Director

AmeriCorps St. Louis Staff and Board of Directors are pleased to announce that Ann Hannan will be joining the team as Executive Director. Ann takes the helm of one of the country’s first and most effective National Service programs as AmeriCorps St. Louis enters its 30th year of service.
With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and operations management, Ann will build upon the organization’s momentum to support the growth and development of staff and Members while enhancing the mission to strengthen communities and improve the environment.
Most recently Ann served as Administrative Director at Smith NMTC Associates where she helped nonprofit organizations throughout the country utilize federal tax credits to increase affordable for-sale housing and essential services in low-income communities, combating patterns of disinvestment and inequity. Earlier in her career, as School Director of The Waldorf School of St. Louis, an organization that strives to reflect its community throughout each facet of its operations, Ann developed a strong commitment to collaborative leadership and environmental conservation.
